The median sales price was $139,000, a 1% increase from 2012. West Shore school district having the largest increase (48%) in sales price $166,900 compared to $113,000 last year. Eastern with the largest increase (47%) in homes sold, 69 compared to 47 in 2012.

In York County 378 homes were sold in May 2013, a 22% increase from 2012. The median sales price was $147,500, a 1% increase from 2012. Red Lion school district having the largest sales increase (34%) $144,950 compared to $108,200 in May 2012. Hanover with the largest increase (200%) in homes sold, 15 compared to 5 in May 2012.
