The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total of 1,558 homes were sold in York County the first five months of 2013, a 12% increase from 2012. The median sales price was $139,000, a 1% increase from 2012. West Shore school district having the largest increase (48%) in sales price $166,900 compared to $113,000 last year. Eastern with the largest increase (47%) in homes sold, 69 compared to 47 in 2012.
