The median sales price was $140,000, the same as 2012. West Shore school district having the largest increase (25%) in sales price $158,000 compared to $125,950 last year. Eastern with the largest increase (46%) in homes sold, 83 compared to 57 in 2012.

The median sales price was $145,000, a 4% decrease from 2012. York City school district having the largest sales increase (118%) $59,900 compared to $27,500 in June 2012.
