January 1-November 30, 2014 Monthly Comparison
The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total
of 825 homes were sold in Adams County through the end of November 2014, an 8%
decrease from 2013. In York County 4,110 homes were sold in the same time period,
a 3% increase from 2013.

The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total of 311 homes were sold in York County in November 2014, a 5% decrease from 2013. The median sale price in York County
was $145,000, a 4% increase from 2013.
