The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total of 808 homes were sold in York County, a 3% decrease from 2013. The median sales price was s $139,997, a 4% increase from 2013. York City school district having the largest increase (60%) in sales price and South Western with the largest increase (51%) in homes sold, compared to last year.

In York County 285 homes were sold in March 2014, a 20% decrease from 2014. The median sales price was $139,900, a 7% increase from 2014. York City school district having the largest sales increase (60%).
Northeastern had the largest increase (44%) in homes sold compared to last March 2013.
