The REALTORS Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) reports that a total of 240 homes were sold in January in York County, a 9% increase from 2012. Southern school district an increase of 27% in sales price $177,500 compared to $140,000 last year. Two school districts tied for the largest increase in number of homes sold in January. Southern with an increase of  (100%) in homes sold, 14 compared to 7 in 2012 and West Shore with an increase of (100%) in homes sold, 8 compared to 4 in 2012. Read more…
